H y p o c r i t e. I noticed you didn't respond to "Elfenix's" post, even though he basically condoned "ganking", just like I have. I just find it so incredibly amusing that you'd call me "dumb", "illiterate" and "childish", considering you make such obvious and moronic mistakes in your arguments.

well I play in eve so its all pvp all the time (some places its dicouraged but thier are ways to get around that if you don't mind lossing your shp)
it really depends I've met some pvper that are imature as hell but the group I play with as a whole are very mature. some aren't the best diplomats in the world though but I won't get into that here 😉

It's not entirely surprising how quickly you avoid the focus of the discussion, pretty typical for someone of your personality. In any case, any offense caused to yourself is of no concern to I or any poster, considering the content. Maybe if you actually read them you wouldn't lash out with assumptions based on your own expectations, not reality.

I'd say they are about the same overall. I don't really equate competitive nature with maturity in practice, though at some philosophical level I suppose I do.
I'm more of an exploring type person. I like interacting with people and meeting different people and exploring the various facets of a game. I don't mind being on my own and would prefer a very small guild that did nothing together but chat over a large one that had strict requirements (be they requirements of policy, dedication, having to level characters at a certain pace, whatever).
I think the PvP mentality is a little different. It's a bit more guild-based and competitive. Thrill seeking. I prefer competition and thrills in other types of games, no so much in MMORPGs.

You keep spouting off hypocritical BS, constantly~ You epitomize the definition of a community forum Troll to a 'T', buddy! It's especially obvious when every single post you make is filled with "childish" insults and meaningless BS. In 10s of posts, you have yet to form any sort of argument that gives me the imprssion that you can come up with an intelligent retort.
A troll posts with the intent of riling people up. Posters like you and Malak fill this role perfectly. I'm headed to a raid, but I'll search & post some (of the hundreds) of examples by Malak later. If you'd 'fess up as to who you were before you were banned, I'd do the same for you 😉 A discussion board is meant for discussion. It's unfortunate that, due to intolerance for anyone different than them, children such as yourself are unable to do this in a civil manner. Keep in mind that you've taken the offensive here; I've merely defended myself. I know it may be tough to see this in your current & constant 'foaming-at-the-mouth' state of mind, but rest assured - it's accurate.

I play ffxi... there are no pvp servers. You can participate in a nation vs nation form of pvp called ballista where you can get experience points for winning. Though ffxi wasn't really designed for pvp, I would love if I could just kill people that piss me off instead of switching to beastmaster and dropping an aggro pet near their party (but then a GM gets called and I get in trouble so its not the best way to accomplish the task of killing a moron).
I know Gurck isn't, I am though, and the maturity level on the server I'm playing on is pretty high.
Though I must say, after having tried the Honor System for a little while yesterday, if left a sour taste in my mouth.
It effectively removed all traces of skill from PvP and turned it into a huge lagfest.
Wanted to comment on this - I have in particular because of a belief I have about talking with children. Many people tout the importance of being the bigger man, not sinking to their level and such, but I feel that communication is key. If the only way a child knows how to participate in a discussion is to rudely make ad hominem personal & character attacks, I see it as a cry for help using the only language they understand and generally return in kind, as I want to communicate above all else.
