I know the benefits of pull ups and would like to have a pull up bar for my home.

I am really short on time and just need it in case I cannot make it to the gym.

I have looked up some reviews on the net about some over the door bars but I was hoping that someone here could give a recommendation on a brand/model.

Thanks!

My wife got me an Iron Gym and my son and I use it many times a week. It's made a big difference in my upper body, mostly my lats and delts.

I bought an iron gym as well. Simply to put together and I haven't had any issues with it so far. If you're looking to get one relatively cheap (which was my main goal when looking) check out the following slickdeal.

It may not work, although I'd say it's at least worth calling the store and asking if they'll accept the coupon.

They are selling the Iron Gym everywhere these days - WalMart, KMart, every sporting goods store - for about $30. I think it is excellent for the money. I am heavy (205#) and it supports my weight just fine with minimal flexing. It is very flexible with regard to the different grips.
