it was only a matter of time! So, did "pirates" or "homebrewers" get the credit for the crack?

Direct loader looks great! Especially since I've had a hard time finding *decently* priced duo cards.

Well who would have thought all you had to do add a % to the end of the memory stick directories and no more SWAP!!!! Awesome.

Oooh how nice. As for those screaming piracy...those games are on UMD aren't

there...last I heard you can't copy those since you can't buy the media (am i wrong?)

Man...I need to NOT buy one

But series, main reason I want one is for videos...let me see that work in native PSP resolution and i'll buy the biggest stick i can get, load it up with my tv series and enjoy

EDIT:

leaveing the top alone b/c i'm LOLing on the ground thinking how what I said made no sense

yea maybe the first time. more interesting and truely useful software would be like the ones that automatically convert video torrents into psp format upon completion. that already exists. what doesn't exist is software that works like pvr or vcr that one can set to record favorite shows and have compressed into psp format for true convenient access to tv. esp hdtv since that would fit the screen ratio.

I'm pretty excited. Now i can put every nes game and a bunch of snes games on it and play them anywhere w/o having to do the clumsy card swap

Holy sh!t! You can play emulators on the PSP now? I'm not into the PSP scene as I have no desire to play portable PS2 looking games, but if it can play MAME and older console games like the NES, I'm in. It would be funny playing Atari games on it too. :)

There is an arcade emu for it... but I've not tested it to see how well it works. NES/Genesis seem to play great, SNES works, but is a tad slow. I think my favorite feature is having different wallpapers!
