Who have you dealt with that you really thoguht had good customer service? This is as a service to ATOT consumers.

I'll start with:

Kodak
Verizon
Microsoft
American Express

All four have had great service and support... who else?
 
This is hard...I'm sure it would be easier for most of us to think of places with bad customer service...Hmmm...my bank, Wachovia, has been pretty rockin'.

There's rarely mistakes with my account but when there are, I call and they fix it with very little hassle.
 
My best experience with customer service has been with outdoor gear companies.

ones that stand out:

Marmot
Mountain Hardwear

Both of these places have either repaired or completely replaced gear that has been over 3 years old without any hassle at all. That is amazing!

Maxtor - my hd died, they rma'ed me out another one immediately. The thing was I RMA'ed a 30 gig, and they were out of stock. So they sent me a 40 gig as a replacement, for no extra charge. I love them. 😀
 
Hmm well here in UK probably Crucial UK,LG Electronics ,Simply computers & Dabs there customer support has been excellent for me.
