All four have had great service and support... who else?

This is hard...I'm sure it would be easier for most of us to think of places with bad customer service...Hmmm...my bank, Wachovia, has been pretty rockin'.

There's rarely mistakes with my account but when there are, I call and they fix it with very little hassle.

Maxtor - my hd died, they rma'ed me out another one immediately. The thing was I RMA'ed a 30 gig, and they were out of stock. So they sent me a 40 gig as a replacement, for no extra charge. I love them.
