Love the replies. it's clear that most here have blinders on and see the world through blue colored lenses. There is a whole spectrum of colors out there.

the simple truth is, if trump was as bad as you all claim and it was as clear cut as you claim it is, he would have been removed from office. But, then again, there is still November. We will see how many blue voters are really out there.

The reality is, the Left can't keep tripping over themselves and looking foolish. Get your ducks in a row and maybe, just maybe you'll have a shot.

I think there was a saying once. If youre going to take a shot at the king, you better not miss. The dems have taken how many shots now? 2? 3? 4? Imagine if the rep finally grow a pair and investigate the left? hold them accountable for the circus we have going.

I look forward to the next trump impeachment and acquittal. let's make history and see how many times we can impeach a president.... but hey, at least we get to enjoy a good economy

The GOP didnt allow any evidence or witnesses. Hard to present the evidence you cant present in order to win a court case. Rigged trial by the GOP.

"U.S. President Donald Trump won impeachment acquittal Wednesday in the U.S. Senate, bringing to a close only the third presidential trial in American history with votes that split the country, tested civic norms and fed the tumultuous 2020 race for the White House." CTV News.

The House of Congress is Democrat and the Senate is Republican - What more did you expect.

There's a lot of rich people in the Senate.

Why not just vote him out in november? seems a much easier approach to handle such an aweful president and human being?
Because we can't magically make 60 million people stop being stupid. If we could, Trump would never have been elected in the first place.

Yeah I heard Jay Sekulow hit it big for his role in this sham, 65 million was the number I think.

Ruining a republic and the rule of law to defend a treasonous criminal ain't cheap. I assume the others involved had it rain to varying degrees as well.

he wasn't even impeached on crimes... as bad as everyone claims trump is and you can't catch him redhanded in an actual crime? with actual evidence... not well I believe so and so said they heard so and so say. I mean actual evidence....
Requesting help from a foreign government for personal political gain is very clearly against the law.

The result would have been the same if Trump had no lawyers and offered no defense.

I love how these people continue to think election interference doesn't matter. Brown Americans voting, bad. Russians and Ukrainians having their say in what happens, no problem.

2020 is when Putin is going to go nuts, no restraints, absolute maximum chaos is in the mail. And the shit for brains republican traitors will help him, again.

Do you think a president should be removed from office if they attempt to extort foreign powers to help them get re-elected?
You'd have to prove motive and who the hell thinks Biden is a threat to his reelection?

I think the American people see that there was at the very least some cause for an investigation into corruption. The left spins it how they want, the right spins it there way. But this forum clearly only sees it one way... And again, what can you prove?

Fox did about half a year ago.

And trump sure seemed to no? Do you think trump was concerned with general corruption in Ukraine?

Well since Biden is beating him in head to head polling who wouldn't think Biden is a threat to his reelection?

I asked a simple question. Can you answer it?

It's perfectly clear that Trump did this in an attempt to smear Joe Biden through the agency of the Ukrainian govt. He went so far as to mention them by name in his call with Zelensky. It's a baseless right wing conspiracy theory that was debunked years back. Biden pushing for the dismissal of the corrupt Shokin was a righteous thing supported by everybody who mattered. Read up a little-

In the end, the American people are smarter than any of us individually. So when November comes, we'll see what the ultimate verdict is.

After the shitshow of the impeachment in the House, and after the Democrats behavior in the state of the union address (I mean, they cant applaud people who have done better? They just sit there stone cold?), and after Pelosi's tantrum after SoTU...Dems are done. The whole party is a fucking mess. No way they'll win in 2020 elections.

We weren't that in 2016. Trump & his Russian pals messed with the minds of all too many Americans in an amazingly persistent way. They'll be going for it again.

It may be time to give up on the collusion hoax. Mueller put an arrow through that.

I have faith in the voting public. They can discern right from wrong, what change they want to see and direction we need to go and will do just that in November.

You're better propagandized than I first imagined. The shitshow in the House was entirely GOP antics & lies. Your contrived & maudlin indignation is duly noted, in any case.

there is a hop skip and jump from "doesn't exonerate"; to being actually proven guilty... but hey, I can see the leap. After all, we are discussing facts.

What you and most of this forum doesn't seem to get is there are 3 sides to every story. the left's, the right's and the truth.... that said, really the only thing that matters in the real world is what you can prove. Here we have the biased left, believing mostly (probably all) of the left's side.... and with really nothing they can prove.

Further, I laugh at your assumption that I would follow trump off a cliff. I am in no way defending him. Simply laughing at your bias and the incompetence of the left in their attempt to remove him from office. Again, if he was so bad, you'd have credible evidence, mountains and mountains of it, but sadly you don't.
See that's just it. There is mountains of evidence, both from the Muller investigation, and the Ukraine, but it is just being ignored. And that is with Trump obstructing, which means there is even more evidence, and more corruption than we even know about. Hell, Trump has admitted to all of it. We just finished an Impeachment that his own defense admitted that he did it.. Yet, the GOP Senate ignored it, and still put Trump over country.

You keep talking about Truth/evidence, and state you are not defending Trump, yet you ignore the evidence that is already available, you are okay with Trump obstructing all investigations into his corrupt ways to get the Full Truth. But, you instantly jump on the Biden's are corrupt bandwagon because Trump says he is corrupt, yet, there is ZERO evidence to support that claim. IN fact ALL evidence proves otherwise.. Basically, you are talking out your ass, and it smells like pure BS!

I did not claim collusion. It's merely the truth that Putin's boys threw in for Trump. Deal with it. If you think they were in it for the MAGA you're totally daft.

I hope you're right, in any case.
