I've tried this but I never worked on me.

I'm surprised so many on ATOT do it.

I have pretty bad sinus trouble. when i use the neti pot i can breath great for a while. i just hate doing it.

the dripping is rather disgusting.

Just make sure you use distilled or boiled water with it 🙂
