I have pretty bad sinus trouble. when i use the neti pot i can breath great for a while. i just hate doing it.

the dripping is rather disgusting.

Just make sure you use distilled or boiled water with it

fill about 2 cups into a measuring cup... nuke it for about 45 seconds until it's luke warm... pour into the bottle... insert into nostril
