PSA: Fvcking cook the pasta in salty water.

It annoys the hell out of me that people and restaurants just can't understand that pasta is SUPPOSED to be cooked in salty water.

I bitch and moan everytime at the restaurant and I just get a blank stare back meaning '...... uuuuuumm.... salty water?...:confused: '

Ask any italian (for example) or even european dude.....

I guess it's people fear of salt here..... high blood pressure blah blah blah.... yeah right. It's not the small amount of salt in the pasta that's causing that, it's the salt in the normal crap food causing that.

Salty water takes longer to boil.Salt should be added after the water begins to boil , not before .

Sprinkle salt after cooking is not even close to the same thing.
