There are lots of reports of that sort of stuff. I have never seen an official report of gerbling though. Feel free to link one.
That was a handover slip that a nurse sitting next to me wrote out. I took a picture of it.

Like I said, foreign objects in rectums are a dime a dozen. Gerbils aren't. Are you saying that an "anal dilator" was a gerbil? Cuz if so, someone should write it up as a case report.

Cuz those types of case reports don't seem to exist. Again, feel free to link one, because I have never seen one, and all your picture says is a foreign object was put there, something that's quite common.
