Im a big fan of natty pb myself, I have this just about every morning,
1 serving of steel cut oats
1 scoop of "vanilla" protein powder
-mix that up while its still warm, otherwise nuke the oatmeal for 2 minutes and then drop in protein powder and mix thoroughly
top off with 1-2 tbps of natty peanut butter while its still hot, and spread like butter.
let me tell you, the pb melts a little bit, and I feel so guilty eating it because it tastes THAT good. BTW, if you have 2tbps of pb, this is a very filling meal, bring your appetite!
for snacks, I just have 1 golden delicious apple sliced up into 8ths, and spread 1-2tbps of natty pb all over the slices....another great combo
