You don't need to buy an protien supplements at all.....IMO

You can probably get all the protien you need to support your training from normal day to day food sources.

Age ?
Height ?
Weight ?

How many months have you been weight training ?

How many days a week do you weight train ?

How long ( minutes ) is a typical weight training session ?

Do you do cardio ? If so, how many minutes per week ?

How many calories do you consume a day ?

ok, I will try the cheapest one,

btw how many table spoon per serving you use ?

yeah its really have horrible taste.

I don't know how many table spoons.
I usually use 3 scoops of Inpro34. Each scoop is 70cc which = 30 grams of powder.

210cc's of powder approximately equals 30 grams protein, 350 calories, 50 grams sugar, and 3 grams of fat...
