I hear there are nasty contaminates in some of the cheaper ones, heavy metals, etc... :/ Personally I wouldn't take the stuff if I couldn't get the good stuff.
are you sure ? can you give me a link, because i can't find anything about bulk whey on google,

Beginner weight lifters don't need to consume ridiculous amounts of protein. Most people get enough from the food they eat (assuming you have a decent diet). Chicken and fish contain lots of protein. Nuts also contain a lot of protein. Adding whey into the mix when you don't need it just does more harm than good.
Find the cheapest whey you can. For building up muscle you won't notice a difference in your results.
If you decide to compete in a bodybuilding show then you'll want to use a formula that's close to 100% whey to keep your simple carbs low for the last couple of months.
For building up even Inpro 34 will work great. It's what I currently use pre and post training.

1 gram of complete protein per pound (roughly 2 grams per kilo) of body weight is a general guideline. Training days I use more, days off less - same for calories in general.
Yes simple carbs (milk sugars) can be helpful before, and particularly after training. I currently depend on it.
For BB contests though you need to carb deplete which is IMO the only time to buy the very expensive pure whey.
There's a huge deference between the nutritional requirements for building muscle bulk, and the requirements to bring about extreme muscle definition needed for competition.
Personally I only compete in super heavyweight powerlifting, so everything I consume is for maximize strength and size gains.
Plenty of fluids, particularly clean water should be consumed through out the day.
I don't know much about your home land, but if you have annual blood work done you'll be able to foresee possible kidney and other problems before they get serious.
I believe your country has a diet high in fish - which is also a great source of complete protein. Takes a bit longer to digest than whey - which is why I concentrate my whey supplementation before and after training.
BTW: Nutritionally speaking chocolate milk is as good as regular milk. I personally add a chocolate flavored blend of whey/casein/soy protein to my 1/2 gallon of skim milk I drink daily with real meals. This protein is a higher priced EAS brand (but still relatively cheap, and I use it in smaller amounts) that has a slower release more suitable for use during real meals, and right before bedtime...
isn't simple carbs important for workout? Beceause sometimes I feel dizzy if I'm not drink chocolate milk during workout and I read in muscle insider that its doesn't matter, and I think if my carbs is low it will put more strain to my kidney and make the protein absorbtion difficult
If you're lifting, carbs are not even as close to important as overall calories and protein. Carbs are most important for those who do aerobic/endurance exercises - not those interested in bodybuilding. On top of that, carbs don't change how the kidney functions. Don't worry about that. It does change how amino acids are absorbed at certain times (post-workout), but not on an everyday basis.
What's a bag of 50lbs of WPC80 cost? I went to the Davis website, but they don't have the price posted.
If your progress is stalled it could be because of other factors. A lot of bodybuilding routines call for far more volume training and frequency then the average person can recover from.
You might be simply be over training?
wait a second, isn't simple carbs like sugar is the best source of calories ?
I just guessing that when the body is low on carbs it will use protein instead and the by product is nitrogen so it will make your kidney work harder to filter those excessive nitrogen from your blood
What? No, not at all. Carbs are the most available for the body to use, BUT if you're not very aerobically active, they tend to just get stored as fat, especially if you're in a caloric surplus.
You have to be literally starving for days before your body starts utilizing protein as an energy source via gluconeogenesis. If you're working out and you're taking in anywhere from 1.0-1.5g of protein per pound of lean body mass, you're not going to go anywhere near that. And yes, the nitrogen from amino acids is converted into urea (a nitrogen compound) and excreted by the kidneys. Your kidneys are meant to handle that. Unless you have a known renal issue though, that's not a dangerous load for the kidneys. Not even close.
It seems like you need to read up on nutrition, especially for bodybuilding, quite a bit. Check out bodybuilding.com. I rarely recommend it, but if you look around, you'll learn something about bulking and what's important for gaining muscle mass.
WOW. That's expensive protein IMO.
I'm old, but training 6 days a week would be WAY over training for me.
That's were I would look first to solve your stalled progress problem.
Just don't waste money on information! It's all available on the internet for free...
My cheapest is $122 for 50 lbs + $5 shipping inside the US. But that's Inpro 34 - only 34% whey, the rest is milk sugar (link posted above). Works great for my size/strength building goals.
EAS brand of 100% Whey runs $30 for 6 lbs at Sams club (note: it's not really 100% whey). It also has it's place. The chocolate flavored whey added to skim milk helps me enjoy the 1/2 gallon + I drink everyday.
I train 3 times a week on a 4 day split = 9 or 10 days between major body parts. My system isn't for the aspiring bodybuilder.
Most other powerlifters train 4 days a week = 7 days between body parts.
Some bench press specialists only train 2.
I'd be glad to outline my program, but you'd probably be better off trying some form of 5x5 strength program. Add a few isolation movements to maintain joint stability, and for better muscle symmetry.
It's never how often you go to the gym. It's what you accomplish when you're there 🙂
I almost always go with the cheapest.
If WPC34 is similar to my unflavored Inpro 34 it's not going to taste very good. I mix it with juice or energy drinks - lol.
