So proving that a woman's word in a rape case, proven or not, blows away any competition.

That's just ridicolous.
At least women will start to say "yes" when they mean to say "yes"

Justice Janice Rogers Brown, while agreeing with the majority on what constitutes rape, dissented on whether the boy was guilty. She wrote that the girl never clearly said stop, instead saying "I should be going now" and "I need to go home."

Brown also wondered how much time a man has to stop once a woman says stop.

"Ten seconds? Thirty?" she wrote.
sounds like shes the only intelligent judge on the panel

It seems the majority of Anandtech thought that the girl was raped in that other thread when she didn't even feel that way.

By the way it also seems like you pulled this link right from my post in that thread.

So if a woman says stop, are you allowed to pull out?

I'll be really impressed when the court rules it illegal for a woman to purposely tease a guy into that position. She either wants it or she doesn't, but this mixed signal crap has to go...

Hmmm.... this might be a good technique for "stanima". Right before you UMMMPH...she says stop making you think about getting arrested for rape. Then you pull out and re-collect your thoughts, then she could say Ok lets go again..... hahaha :D Ok, I am retarded.

This is a good reason for all us guys to videotape all sexual encounters to avoid legal problems and maybe make some extra money.

This kid shouldn't have been convicted. Changing her mind in the middle with "I should be going"? Bah.

We could solve this whole debate by training men and women with some code words like...."if you don't stop it will be RAPE"...."please, I'd rather not be RAPED".

See now, a guy hear's that and he will down the street with his pants half way up in 2 seconds flat. If they don't stop then you can prosecute.

So parents, train your children to slip in the word RAPE if they aren't into having sex at the moment and we won't have anymore of this nonsense.

Mixed signal? Hell I know what you're saying, but this was consentual intercourse "turned" rape mid-stroke! Unf-ckingbelievable.

Do women bear ANY responsibility for ANYTHING they do now-a-days?

"Um, well yes it is true that I was drunk, and topless, and I was dancing on a couch, and I was rubbing and grinding against two men...or maybe it was three...I was pretty drunk, and yes it is true they fondled my breasts and my groin, and I did allow them to do that because I liked it, and it is true that I had a penis in my hand at one point, but I didn't want sexual intercourse. No, really, I just wanted to dance topless on a couch bumping and grinding with two or three men holding one of their members in my hand...but no intercourse."

Member of the jury, what say you?

"Guilty of First Degree Sexual Assault"

20 years in prison thank you may I have another?

The worst part was her entire objection to the sex amounted to "I should be going now" and the other worst part is that my link got hijacked from the other rape thread without even a thank-you-man. I feel violated.

Anyway, this crap isn't just in California. Anywhere you go in the country you're will need a signed disclaimer and a notarized breathalizer test before you get any nookie soon.

Funny me and five brothers where never accused of rape ever and definitly had our share. Also In the three years I lived in the frat house NO ONE was ever accused and we had house parties every Thursday, Friday and sometimes Saturday with litterally hundreds of fvcks a week.

I believe her since it takes a lot to come forward and accuse someone. Women are raped and sexually harrased every day, the problem is only about 5% of the guys are doing it all so we don't pay attention as a group but the women do.

Yeah, but this guy did stop it just took him a "minute and a half" according to the girl, and she said "I should be going" in the middle of sex.

I don't think this should have come to court at all considering the cases that are waiting.

Thats what they made chastity belts for in the midevil days! Maybe we should bring them back and there would be no question as to whether she wanted to or not. LOL

I was at friends house other day.

I wanted to go and said I really should be going. He just would not shut up.

Well anyways after another 20 minutes of listening to him I finally got to leave without being to rude.

Can I send him to jail for kidnapping? I think I made it clear I wanted to go home.

The boy was convicted of rape and served about six months in a juvenile facility. The high court affirmed that conviction Monday

6 months??? and now a convited sex offender. This girl really fricked up this guys life for LIFE. All because he stopped 1.5 min after she said stop. im sorry I do not see how that is rape. The question is how long was he behind the beef curtians before she said stop?

You-all keep mis-spelling Kalifornia:D
Yeah right, maybe if your from "Pound me in the ass Texas".

Maybe he should bone up on his technique. If he's doing it right there is no way she'd want to stop.
