Funny me and five brothers where never accused of rape ever and definitly had our share. Also In the three years I lived in the frat house NO ONE was ever accused and we had house parties every Thursday, Friday and sometimes Saturday with litterally hundreds of fvcks a week.

That you know of, no one was ever accused.

This case would have never been prosecuted in other areas of the country. Maybe your college was located in one of them. Accusations that do not result in charges being filed do not make the front page of your local paper and people can keep pretty quiet about them, especially rich college kids with influencial parents and good lawyers.

I believe her since it takes a lot to come forward and accuse someone. Women are raped and sexually harrased every day, the problem is only about 5% of the guys are doing it all so we don't pay attention as a group but the women do.

Do you not read the paper? Men convicted of rape are being exonerated on an almost daily basis by DNA evidence after rotting away in prison as a rapist for 5 - 10 - 20 years.

Did you even read the article? There is nothing to "believe". They were having consentual intercourse, the girl admits that it was consentual, and she apparently changed her mind mid-stroke, saying 'I should be going now' and the boy didn't move fast enough for her liking. There is no possible way that could be "rape".

Women lie all the time about this kind of thing. While I personally have never been accused of rape, nor any of my friends, I did go to high school with a girl who concocted a rape story to hide an interracial relationship from her bigoted father. Her hispanic boyfriend got her pregnant and she didn't want her father to find out she was dating him. She confessed after the police actually ARRESTED someone for the crime.

Many other women out there have proven they would rather send someone to prison than confess they were lying. You're just blind or niave as hell if you think that a woman must be telling the truth if she has 'come forward'. Is there something in their DNA that makes it impossible, or even unlikely, for a woman to lie? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
