I don't really like any girls at my school rite now, so is it ok to just go to prom with someone you dont like in that way, i mean like just as friends? Is that worth the money??

Ask that one hot teacher that everyone wishes they had the balls to ask.

Just go, even if stag. Regretting an opportunity you missed is infinitely worse than going and having a less than gerat time You could leave early if it's super lame or something.Originally posted by: chiwawa626
But like all of my friends are going (i sound so highschool dorky)...i kinda just wanna go for the experiance, good or bad, its something ill remember.

isn't that the same thing?
Yeah, that's probably what I'm doing for 'Senior Ball' this year. Last year I wasn't in town for prom so it wasn't even an issue. But yeah, I have no girlfriend and there are no girls at my school that I'm interested in. The one girl I might possibly be interested in has a boyfriend that goes to another school - I might actually ask her because she's actually a lot of fun to hang out with. He might not be so fond of this idea because I guess he asked a mutual friend if there was something going on between me and this girl that he should know about - apparently she talked about me a lot for awhile. But whatever, I wouldn't do anything with her unless it was terribly obvious she wanted to.Originally posted by: Atrail
Yeah, just go with a chick friend of yours.

Yea, so long as you hit it afterwards
The prom is what you make it. I went with a girl i was in love with, and it was a very meaningful night for us. If you want something like that, don't go with a friend. If you just wanna go to the expensive dance just to not miss the experience, and maybe get some action, then go for it.
