Don't you find those particular fan filters a bit restrictive?
How about some filter-right filters?
(yes I know the ones you have are easier to clean)

On second thought... you have enough damn fans not to matter I guess lol

scythe ultra kaze's are very yummy. :T

On the other side the side i havent taken pics yet of, i have a MCR320 with 3 zalman F3's.

Front panel audio, usb, etc, switches for lighting and fans. My fan control won't do 5v so I used DPDT switches. Fan control on one side and staight 5v on the other.

lights cause algae which means i need to use additives so i dont have any. :p

You got those elbow fittings from McMaster-Carr, right? I was checking some out yesterday and they certainly look large enough from your pics to be good for flow.

got them at home depot.

Had to cover them with silicon with a brush incase it touched the video card, which it didnt. But didnt want to take the chance.

The tubes are also sealed with silicon.

There 1/2 Elbows, and according to martin's results, its pretty free flowing.
