The last few times I've sent back my netflix dvds I mailed all 3 in 1 envelope. About 2 days later(which has become the standard now from the next day) I would get an email saying 2 of the 3 arrived. The 1 "missing" DvD would arrive the next day(and my account activity logs prove this). What kind of crap are they trying to pull here? How can 1 dvd arrive a day later when they are all in the same frackin envelope?
Is anyone experencing this same thing? I already sent my "Netflix settlement frack off" letter for the lawsuit that was settled in CA and I'm having thoughts of getting my own lawsuit rolling here in VA.
Any suggestions on how to document that I am in fact sending all 3 disks in one envelope, so I have actual proof of Netflix misdealings?
