Hi, I am having some problems installing win98. It installs almost all the way, but at the point where it restarts and updates system registry (less than a minute left in install) I get the following:
a warning pops up saying:
Java package Manager
unable to install Java packages from C:\windows\Java\classes\xmldso4.cab
parameters incorrect
I click on OK and then get the standard "this program has performed an illegal function" relating to the following:
Tapisrv
and
Regsvr32
Then I get an Error starting program message relating to version.dll
The cmputer restarts and when I try to boot from the HDD I get an Invalid system disk error.
I have tried installing 4 times now and I keep getting the same messages
Any suggestions?
Thanks
