I ordered some shoes online August 14 for my girlfriend. I usually just get my shoes in store, but I have been busy with work lately and figured I would try to buy them online. I found what appeared to be a reputable site and found the shoes I wanted and went ahead and ordered. I got the shoes on August 24. I was pretty confused as to what I actually received. They shipped the shoe box wrapped in taped and it had a shipping label attached. No shipping box or anything. I wasn't too worried about it since it was just shoes.

So I went ahead and opened them and they sent me the completely wrong shoes. I ordered some Grey/Purple/Blue nikes and I had received some pink/red/purple/white nikes. No grey or blue at all. I tried going on their live chat and contacting them and they were not very helpful so I asked for a contact number and called them. I could barely understand the lady that answered but went ahead and tried explaining it to her. She basically told me the shoes I received are the ones I ordered, even though they don't look anything like the grey ones. I asked to speak with someone else since I couldn't understand her very well. She passed the phone to someone else and I got the same accent. So I asked them to email me and let me know how to exchange them.

I get the following email:

I am sorry to hear that but we will check it . so pls send the shoes picture whcih you recive and the shoes picture which you want to (email address) we will check it . thank you .

best wishes

I went ahead and took a picture of the shoes I received and copied the picture of the shoe I should have gotten off their website and emailed it to them.

They then said on Tuesday that they are checking the pictures to see if there was a problem. I emailed them yesterday and today and I get basically the same response each time.

Is there anything I can do to get my money back? I didn't pay with paypal I paid with my debit card.

Here are the pictures:

Did it go any better the second time?

Clearly it was the online picture that was wrong but luckily for you they sent you the correct shoes anyway, so what's the problem? :D

they're the same shoe in a different color scheme. are you sure you selected the right color from the drop down menu that was probably on the screen next to the sizes?

QFT and what does your invoice state?

If it was any of the major shoe companies online, I have never gotten a shoe sent in just it's own box...also have you tried VOICE calling them?

Fuck chat and email when a problem happens, they are geared more towards sales with anything else most of the time.

Indeed the pink ones look better, although they look like shoes for 14 year old girls.

Both are ugly. If your girl wants either one of them, she better go the store and buy them herself.

Yea I'm a girl too.

I was going to go with a 9 year-old.

I suppose that the only reason I'd be buying sneakers for a girl is because she's too young to have a credit card... or a job.

Zappos and Amazon were the two big ones, of course now that Amazon bought Zappos I'm not sure if its a good or bad thing (competition and all that).
