Probably a mom joke for most of you, but mine passed away a few hours ago.

So sorry for your loss, it is scary to hear people dying of the age that my parents are in too..

Sorry to hear this, Alky. My parents are up there (late 70's and 80's) and mortality has often been in my thoughts of late.

Sorry to hear it, friend. I lost my mum in 2011. It was hard. Telling stories about her helped.

Very sad to hear of Mom's passing. Way too young, as she is was only 2 years my senior. I lost my Mom 7 months ago today at the age of 87. She will live on in your memories.

Not much more to say, everyone loved her wherever she was. When I lived at home, people would come by to see me, but if I wasn't home they'd just chat with her until I arrived.

Terribly sorry for your loss, may her soul rest in peace and my condolences to you and the rest of your family. I know this must be a tough time, so I will not say too much but I hope you are able to remain strong and overcome this time of grief as a stronger person.

Much love.

I'm very, very sorry alky. I lost my dad in 2006 and I know how rough it is. My condolences -- take some time off and grieve.

Crazy to see your mom was born just one year earlier than mine. Makes you stop and think that parents aren't always around forever.
