I have to disagree on including Romney in this. He hasn't made great decisions, but he is the only republican who voted to impeach Trump, and one of the first, IIRC, to speak out against Trump on his BS lies about the election. He has also called Trump out on many other things over the last year, and possible even before the impeachment, but honestly, Trump has done so much since then, I don't really remember.

So what? Does that magically erase the fact that he and the rest of the GOP with their constant gaslighting and bullshit for the past god knows how many years are the reason that people like Trump are even in a position to get elected in the first place?
 
If the Democratic Senate wins are confirmed, then I think unfortunately that dramatically increases the likelihood of violence on Wednesday. I can see the right using it as some sort of rallying cry or "last stand against socialism" type of thing. Be careful out there.

I am not a Republican, nor a Romney supporter, but you need to stop throwing them all into the same basket and saying they are all the same and responsible for Trump when that is complete BS. You can sit and blame all republicans, blame the democrats, hell blame them all, but the fault falls squarely on th voters for continually voting many of them back into office. This is our fault more than any politician because we keep voting them back in, election after election.

Voters do share a large portion of the blame but the US election system is pretty fucking good at disenfranchising a large number of them. Constant propaganda doesn't help either.

I think we might be.
As I see it, yea, dems surely fired up the machinery this cycle, but at a cost right? Dems dont have a twitter personality that can energize that dem base the same way Trump can with maga boys. The good news is that the maga boys numbers be shrinking.
I cant come up with a scenario where goppers / magas dont cannibalize eachother. I think its gonna be magnificent. Trump is gonna keep pumping prime grade #maga into his base that is essentially gonna become the bernie bros of republicans.

Not a massacre, but perhaps some realization that they are not on the same side as law enforcement everywhere.

My favorite part was towards the end when the one guy was like "lets go!" and he proceeded to strut away. Alone. I wish the video ended there.
