I've had it blocked since the first message I got from it.

I have now gotten a total of 18 of the same email (I.E. Getting quite annoying)

Same problem, just end up with a flood of PMs.

I'd assume that if you set your subscriptions in your profile to send to PMs instead of email, the creation notification goes there.
