At my school there's this girl with a gorgeous face but fat body. Based on face alone I would rank her 9/10 but include the body then she drops a couple of points.

Anyways, I was wondering if this is this a common occurence?

Do you know any girls that are like this?

I think I've seen a couple in my life... not that common in my experience.
 
Ever wonder how a girl you knew for a long time suddenly gets hot? A lot of times they lose a few lbs. Definitely common, especially when you're younger, used to eating whatever and not gaining a pound, and then suddenly your metabolism slows. The freshman 15, anyone?
