There is one important factor to consider. If the girl is heavy in her teens it is unlikely she is going to loose much weight as her habits are poor....but it can happen. If she is in her twenties and fat then forget it because by the time she is 40 she is more than likely going to be disgusting.

Fat women are filthy pigs; I call them caterpillars when they wear tight clothing. Pretty face who cares at least a skinny girl you can go doggy style.
