I honestly wonder how people like Spicer and Conway live with themselves. I don't care if you're paying me $1 million per year, I couldn't live with myself if I was knowingly telling blatant, genuinely harmful lies to the public every single day. To paraphrase: what profiteth a man to gain the world and lose his integrity?
He's perfectly willing to play along with and defend Trump's lies. Why would he have to go?He fits perfect for the trump admin. Think everyone else is a moron, and if you don't see it their way...attacks
Today was a beating. Glad to see the reporters in the room and the guy from CBS2Chicago coming at him hard today.
His lack of answers for things and his flailing about is symptomatic.
It was painful. He spent most of the time trying to redirect every question to why aren't you more concerned about leaks people. In the meantime while this was going on.............I'm listening to Spicer now on youtube speeded up to it doesn't take as long. There's not enough land in the world that could take the load of bullshit he spouts.
A federal judge in San Diego on Friday approved an agreement under which President Trumpwill pay $25 million to settle long-simmering lawsuits over his now-defunct Trump University.
The decision ends nearly seven years of legal battles with customers who claimed they were misled by failed promises to learn Trump's secrets of real estate success.
The ruling by U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel in San Diego settles two class-action lawsuits and a civil lawsuit by New York.
Even before last year's presidential campaign, Trump vowed never to settle but changed his position after the election, saying he did not have time for a trial. Under terms of the settlement, he admits no wrongdoing.

I.... I have no words to respond to something so stupid.....Sean Spicer, just moments ago...
"We didn't use chemical weapons in WWII. We had someone as despicable as Hitler who didn't even sink to using chemical weapons,"
"When you come to sarin gas, he was not using the gas on his own people the same way that Assad is doing,"

This could be his last day on the job. Normally when a plane crashes into a trainwreck you don't also see a submarine rise up and try to torpedo itself and the entire tragedy as it is unfolding like a Fast and Furious franchise that can't figure out how to outdo itself...
The horrible thing: Spicer was trying to excuse Hitler during Passover. That has to be a record for the most insulting thing to come out of a White House spokesperson's mouth, doesn't it?
The sad thing is that Spicer is unlikely to truly apologize, and of course Trump won't take any action against him. About the only way Spicer could get fired in this administration is if he told the truth.
There's a teeny tiny idealist part of me hoping that we are all just part of some bizzaro world social experiment to see how quickly we can undo the human race. We'll all wake up realize it was a ruse. Until then...all aboard the crazy train. Toot toot!

Spicer has already come out with an attempt to clarify or clear this up and it failed, no apology either.
