well, if she stayed home with the kids and didn't have a chance to earn a 401k then she probabley is entitled to some of yours.


I couldn't agree more with your statement. It goes both ways too if the man stayed home.


Also to other people's claim about "you should trust your wife" or "planning for failure". Again I say that you can't predict how someone will change over the years and things are done in anger/resentment that are out of the ordinary for that person..but usually cannot be undone.

Also back to my statement about wearing a seatbelt. We don't wear it because we plan on getting into an accident. We wear it "just incase". We'd love not to get into an accident but...accidents happen.
