I think he should be aquitted, but im leaning towards the jury going with Manslaughter in order to pacify the Obama administration and the racists amongst the black population.

Shes a Black-Hispanic, I know quite a few here in S.FL and they deny even being black [they say im not black im Spanish]. Im not saying that jurist is the same way but its pretty damn common, even some White-Hispanics deny being White aswell btw. She might not have any trouble aquitting him if shes that way and might even be more sympathetic since Zimmerman is a self identified Hispanic.
 
He didn't testify therefore he must be guilty as sin

j/k I voted acquittal, he showed very poor judgement but the mess this case is means the only right verdict at this point is acquittal.

Regardless of what I think should happen, or what I believe should happen due to the letter of the law, he is going to get a guilty charge of manslaughter.
 
I voted manslaughter because he did kill someone when he really did not have to. But I have no idea how these sort of trials go in Florida.

I have a question, would your position on this trial be different if it was a non-white person killing a 17 year old white boy or girl?

So you really don't have a clue what happened but just wanted to say something since everybody else was huh?

And no my opinion wouldn't change with any color differences, a girl could be a different story but if one happened to mount and was in the process of beating the shit out of somebody I would support them shooting her all the same regardless of color as well
 
I am just gonna take a wild guess, only because I think the prosecution did a shitty job in handling this case.. GZ might walk on this.. sadly (only recourse for TM's family will be major lawsuits and bankrupt the hell out of GZ)

They won't be able to sue GZ if the jury determines he's not guilty due to justified use of force.

I "think" he is guilty of manslaughter. I do not know how Florida is culturally set up on killing people.
 
Lets hope the Jury does the right thing, and someone else isn't forced to do the dirty work, and take justice into their own hands.

Why the hell are you people saying "non-white". Did you watch the trial? Have you seen Zimmermans mother or heard her speak on the witness stand? He's HISPANIC. More Hispanic than he is white. The only reason people say Zimmerman is white is because Al Sharpton and those group of idiots went on TV the day after Trayvon was murdered calling this a racist act, and for some reason the term "racist" is ONLY used on white on black crimes. Because black people or Mexicans can't be racist, right?

Please stop saying this is a white vs black issue, because you couldn't be more wrong. Go listen to Zimmermans mother take the stand and find me one white family that has a member with that deep of a Spanish accent.

Oh yeah, and not guilty due to the prosecution ineffectively disproving self defense beyond a reasonable doubt.

It doesn't matter what you know, it's what you can prove, and the lack of any real evidence disproving self defense or witnesses isn't present.

And why is the black community saying they want street justice if Zimmerman is innocent? I don't remember white people rioting and looking for street justice when OJ walked, or white people rioting and looking for street justice when Casey Anthony walked. Chill the fuck out. This shit happens everyday and the black community wants to get their panties in a bunch over this one? Hundreds of children under the age of 10 die a year in Chicago just from being outside and getting hit with stray bullets, but you guys want to get pissed about the 17 year old who beat the shit out of some guy and was shot over it? Priorities.

The jurors are all women...and none or at least most of them have probably never been in a fight. The defense will probably ask them to put themselves in Zimmerman's shoes...your nose is broken...your head is being banged or punched into the concrete...you don't know if this guy is going to stop...you fear brain damage or death... Would you pull the trigger?

It seems like it would be very tough for the women to convict if they believe the part about his head being banged into the concrete and Martin's being on top of him raining down blows MMA style.

You have to wonder how much pressure a black or mixed race juror would be under to find him guilty even if she thought that he were innocent. She could be risking her life and the safety of her family.
 
legally, he should be aqcuitted. sufficient evidence exists to give zim credibility, but more importantly there is a lack of evidence needed to "convict".

a special prosecutor had to be sent in just to file the damn charges, that should tell you alot about what the state had.

when the defense had lying witnesses, who didnt even witness shit, arrive, it would be an atrocity to see az get convicted.

i DO have an issue with AZ choosing to investigate TM, but hes the fucking neighborhood watch! he did what his community wanted him to do.



the lesson learned from all this, is dont pick or start a fight with a stranger. TM lost in the worst poszible way.

Lets hope everyone does the right thing and allows the system do what it was supposed to instead of resorting to mob rule.

Guilty or innocent, my life will continue on as it has for the last 30 years.

Self defense is recognized in every state so unless you are from another country you should be familiar with the concept, if not then you really need to look it up and get educated

Maybe his post should be reported to the FBI as a potential death threat. Look at the guy who was arrested for joking about attacking a school on a online game.
