Pre-workout supplements... why do they always make me crap immediately?

Seriously, each one I've tried (nano vapor, C4, GNC, jack3d) is like colon cleanse. Does this happen to anyone else?
 
Don't use them myself, but what's their level of protein? I know after a workout, when I do a protein shake and start hydrating, I'm usually good for a "sit down" within an hour afterward.
 
could be the caffeine is working as a diuretic. possibly the same for
1,3-Dimethylamylamine which is found in jacked , among others.
 
The nitric oxide in the pre-workout supplements is a smooth muscle relaxer. It opens up blood vessels in arteries, but also other smooth muscles, such as in your gastrointestinal tract also open up.

A popular pre-workout supplement is Superpump 250, also known as Superdump 250.
 
no xplode destroys me pre-workout. you just have to plan in your pre-poop with your pre-workout, or just drink it on the toilet.
 
My workouts go a lot better when I don't have to worry about sharting myself. I've never had a pre-workout supplement do anything other than make me feel terrible and then enjoy a night a diarrhea. Both of which actually results in me working out less and less effectively.

Have no issues adding creatine to some protein powder before a workout and in my experiences that works a heck of a lot better for me
 
I just tried N.O Explode for the first time today, just used half a scoop.

The boost I got in my crossfit was not worth how crappy I felt after; that stuff has single handedly turned me off to all pre-workout supplements.

Just try another brand. The GNC Fully Loaded stuff makes me feel horrible up to 4 or 5 hours after I take it. Jack3d, Cellucor C4, and NanaVapor never did that to me, but they all worked great as a pre-workout supplement. To each his own, probably.
 
NO Explode is a terrible pre-workout. Can't believe people still buy that stuff.

I've got pump fuel right now and it's not bad. No shitting problems before workouts. I do have a fair amount of caffeine daily though. I usually use the pump fuel as the replacement on workout days.

After this tub is gone I'll probably just stick to good 'ole food and have some fruits and water before my workout. They seem to work just as well.
 
I have used 2 prework outs in my life.

Superdump 250 was really bad. I would either have to wait to take a dump then work out or cut my workouts short. Lots of gas too.

1.M.R causes me to crap but not in the uncomfortable way that the Superdump did.
