So I've read a lot of good stuff on P90x, but I'm pretty sure I'd kill myself in the first week. It sounds like P90 might be a good place to start. Has anyone use it before p90x? I wanted to get some reviews on this.
I wouldn't worry about it. P90X (well, atleast the ab ripper part) says over and over again that 'if you are tired and can't keep up with us, go ahead and rest for a while'
