It's probably the regular version, which is like $300 new nowadays.
For anyone who is trying to resell it on eBay, I just checked and it's not worth it.
Supposedly, the price you may sell it at:
Opteron 246 x2 == ~$600
Tyan Mobo == ~$400
Win2k3 Server 64-bit == ~$300
Athlon64 3200+ == ~$200
ASUS Mobo == ~$120
WinXP 64-bit == ~$150
But yeah, eBay is inundated with cheap USED processors and mobos. Due to the lack of brain cells in the average eBay buyer (my buyers always demand "new" items and compare my price to "used" items), you're probably not going to have much of luck for such a huge investment. The margin of profit (if there *is* any) will be quite small

That's why I'm getting out of eBay after I sell one last item in my inventory :
But this server deal is good for me since my Consulting group can charge the full $1400 price for the server package to willing customers, and the Desktop bundle may be marketed as a "budget" server for about $450
