but you seemed to have forgotten just how cruel people on an anonymous message board can be...

but it just doesnt look good when you say hey i feel sexy and that all that matters i dont care what you think....then you turn around and blast a troll, well that just gives them more ammo to push your buttons...just ignore them or dont make these kinds of threads

Heather has been working hard to lose weight and has been suceeding fabulously despite multiple medical problems.I say ignore the haters, funny there aren';t too quick to post their pics,just nasty remarks.

Sorry, I didn't mean to go off on Baked. It was just proof of what I was trying to say. Obviously, if I really did care what people thought (because I'm not the thinnest), I wouldn't have posted the thread. I'm very happy with myself. I'm starting to get a lot healthier and feeling better. :)

Geekbabe and BooGiMaN - True....which is why I said the above. :) I was just irritated because it proved my point. Ya know? I really did expect some negativity because this is well....ATOT! ;) They make fun of the thinnest and hottest of celebrities.

I've been trying hard to stay healthy and my latest surgery (my sinus surgery/tonsillectomy in March) has made my stomach turn against me. lol It's very hard for me to get in my protein. I do the best I can, though. :)

Nice... red is a good color for you. More people need to realize that there are very few 'perfect' bodies out there, and that perfection is highly subjective. I think I need to lose about 40 pounds, but everyone tells me I look great, and that I carry the extra weight well. The most important thing should be making yourself healthy and happy. What others think is either irrelevant, or icing on the cake.

Not so. I am about 6'2", and have quite broad shoulders and chest. Most people would look at me and not realize that I need to lose that much weight until they see me without a shirt on. It's all gut and spare-tire that I need to lose.

I've got quite a bit of weight to lose myself, but I don't bother myself with other people's opinions of my body (no one can tell me something I don't already know)...:p

Koing - You look really good. My man is trying to lose weight/buff up. If you don't mind me asking...how tall are you? He's about 5'10" or so and I don't know how much he lifts, but it's mainly just to stay healthy. When we first met, he weighed about 145. He weighs maybe 160 now? I'm not sure. He wants to lose weight and I think he was wanting to make his arms and chest bigger.
