Haha, really? I've come to the conclusion most everyone has a friend that looks like me.
Yeah definatley remind me of one of my friends. I call him Mr P. Cool but very quirky guy.
hzl eyed grl yeah training is cool. I love it. Knees are fine as you build up to it and warm up, stretch and train yourself to lift
heavy. I started with
just the 20Kg bar and built up. No one goes and lifts heavy first time that is asking for injuries!
Training together is great for people and couples
You should do squats. Go down slow and and up. Go as low as you can. I can gurantee it will be good for your knees. It will strengthen your bones and knee joint definately.
My coach has had people with chronic knee problems and other stuff. He gets him to do squats and to go as low as they can. After a while they feel much better and their knees are much more comfortable. Of course you don't SMASH DOWN like in the videos but that is the nature of the lifts.
Just do them
nice, slow and controlled with no weights at first and then build up.
