My body is far from perfect, but I was feeling good today and had my mom take a few pics of me.
Nice... red is a good color for you. More people need to realize that there are very few 'perfect' bodies out there, and that perfection is highly subjective. I think I need to lose about 40 pounds, but everyone tells me I look great, and that I carry the extra weight well. The most important thing should be making yourself healthy and happy. What others think is either irrelevant, or icing on the cake.
They don't want to hurt your feelings.

You think you need to lose 40 pounds. If this is true everyone else doesn't want to hurt your feelings or they are in the same boat and want to feel better about themselves.
You are right though my opinion is irrelevent. You think you need to lose weight. I was there at one time and the same friends that were telling me I looked good are the same ones that now say "yeah man you were getting fat as fvck".

Technically, this picture was posted when I was complaining on geekfitness about my rear deltoid not keeping pace with the front. But it's the best I have that is hosted somewhere. So, it was originally posted in a negative way. But I think my arm/shoulders/back muscles have been coming in pretty well, especially considering I've been cutting. I still want to drop another 15-20 lbs, but I've dropped 50lbs in the last ~13 months, so I know I can do it. Plus I'm quite motivated to do it; my reward for getting down to 190lbs is being able to eat like a hoss guilt-free (ie, I'll be in a bulking phase).
Oh, BTW, I'm 100% Irish, and I do have the freckles to prove it
, though they tend to stick out the most on my torso and upper arms, where I usually do not get as much sun and thus have no tan

i dont disagree. but if you read baked posts, hes just staying true to his style, which is cynical asshole. i dont think he was serious, but youre right, he didnt have to post that.
people dont have to post "just kill yourself you weak pathetic turd" in the depression/suicide threads either. yet they do and arent cast into hellfire.
