Maybe some of the cult members will wake the fuck up as to what they have done, when inflation is double digits, unemployment is double digits, their income tax rate increases, so the rich can get a cut, they lose their healthcare or are unable to afford it, the price of groceries rises faster than inflation because the people that have been working in farming are in concentration camps awaiting deportation, and any entitlements such as food stamps no longer exists.

They will relish in the fact the government has ruled that their possession (formally called a wife) is official classified as a brood mare and must obey without question.

Naw, I'm kidding, they will be blaming it on Hillary, Biden, and Harris.

This will never happen as the RW media ecosystem has built a cocoon around them. One of two things will happen:

1). Dems get the blame

2). Or they will flat out deny that it's even happening

And in either case, it will work and voters will vote for them.

I think people like Newsom, Beashear, Mayor Pete, they have clout with GenZ that can be built upon, maybe form a new political culture where presidential and midterms elections have similar participation levels that keep climbing. In reality, the economy is robust, inflation at 2%, and we not dealing with a PoTUS that politicizes pandemic or disaster responses, no preventable 9/11 like deathtolls every day or week under Biden, far as I know. Many red states benfit from Chips Act and IRA. Jobs report for last 4 years has no peer.

I don't think it's asking too much for people who feel like they are in hell to vote towards getting out, rather than, you know, moving in and buying curtains.
