"Baseball v. Football" and "Stuff" are two of my favorites.

Even at his worst, he was better than most of the hacks out there.

before they're all gone (though surely they will get re-released again).

Alternately, grab "The Little David Years" box set which includes them all.

I feel fortunate to own original copies of them all on vinyl (excl. the box set) as they were "staples" in my record collection back when they were released and I was in my "formative years". ;)

Comedian and Actor George Carlin




Fresh Air from WHYY, June 23, 2008 · In the 1970s, George Carlin's seven dirty words routine was the center of a famous obscenity case. More recently, the comic was named the recipient of the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, an award scheduled to be presented at the Kennedy Center in November. Carlin died of heart failure Sunday the age of 71.

These interviews were originally broadcast on June 1, 1990 and November 1, 2004.
