I got 2040 at Cnet
2777 at dslreports and my overhead goes up to 3000

The DSLreports seems to be more accurate. However I often get sustained download speeds over 400K/s, sometimes over 500 and even at 3000kbps I'd be getting 375 at most

which is 5.5KB/sec, seems about right for me. y o y do i not get dsl??? i think im afraid of changing my email address for several sites. blah
 
Whoa!!! I'm at uni right now, found a local (Japan) transfer speed test homepage, and according to that our download speed is 17 Mbps, and upload is 16 Mbps...

Freakout!
 
Those tests are useless, they reported my u/l speed at almost double the d/l speed...
