from a while back

wow, this house is the best i have seen. how often does it snow? I think that's the only thing detracting from the house itself in my opinion

wow - thanks. imho there are many nicer ones in the thread but i appreciate that. it only snows in the winter. ;)

hollywood. my mother is also crazy about keeping the price up by doing a lot of interior decorating, so the inside is nicer than the outside ;) (i don't think there's a single thing in the house that is from the previous residents since they bought it in 1988)

she's a real estate agent, but i don't know how business is doing -- it's good to hear that real estate is outrageous :)

i dont see how anyone coming out of college is going to be able to afford any house in palm beach/broward/or dade unless its in a really sh1tty neighborhood, or its 700 sq ft.

there are some nice apartments in the area. i really don't know how much they go for. my grandparents' apartment is a nice 2-bedroom (REALLY spacious) and probably went for $125,000 or so. now, it may cost $200,000, but i really don't know real estate.

the lower end apartments in hollywood are even cheaper, and by low-end, i don't mean crappy.

Here ya go!

I'm still updating it with the house pics, you must be patient!! :D

Edit: Webshots doesn't like direct links to the albums. Just mosey onto the second page, and it will be there. Ignore everything else.

Do you have to drive through the grass to get into the right garage bay? Never seen that before, but I live in the South where land is pretty cheap I guess.

That's just a bad parking job, courtesy of my dad. There's more than enough room on the driveway to maneuver the car into that garage space.
