I just got a Chromecast,
Google_Chromecast_35823617_05_1_610x436.jpg

I was very disappointed when I found out that it won't work with the version of Crome on my Nexus 7, you have to be using Chrome browser on a laptop or desktop running Windows or IOS to "cast" browser pages to the device. Netflix and Youtube work and Google Play work great but the fact that I can't cast web pages means it's going back, since most people use a "22 or larger monitor with a desktop these days there's not much need to cast a browser to a "47 TV, IMHO Google didn't want you finding "free" stuff to watch with a browser and getting around paying through Playstore, F-you Google, are you trying to be the next Apple??

Nm....misread. The web page casting should be there soon. The latest dev pack broke it inadvertently.

I always avoid dishes that don't come with pasta or rice. That's not a meal! Same goes for steak, don't see the appeal of the same taste (which is mostly the sauce) bite after bite.
I hear ya but trying to avoid the carbs but still enjoy what I eat...:D Went to Carrabba's last night (Polo Rosa Maria)...

Rockshop was going out of business so I got these goose-eggs for $1 each.

<---------- See avatar...picking her up from the vet today- I'm sure the bill will be completely depressing.

Wow...vet visit, skin test, anti-bacteria/fungas bath, shot, couple weeks of pills, kept overnight @ the vet...total bill = $69- I was thinking it'd be a couple hundred at least.

Got the 650. It's not that much more than the 550.

No kidding:
The other day our boss was hanging out in the cube farm. One of the girls from finance comes up and says "I've got someone on the phone returning a call about a twin engine Cessna they have for sale." He got a big old smile and walked away to take the call.

Did not buy it, but this rental machine is the latest charge on my card. I got 4 "free" large slabs of rock that were going to get tossed in a fill, but needed diesel assistance to get my rocks off... the trailer.

Why ATV instead of Roku?

??? DID YOU BUY IT AT COSTCO ???

I bought a roku from Costco prior to the Apple TV but returned it the next day because Comcast does not support HBO Go on the roku.

Costco does not sell Apple products. They did at one time but Steve Jobs one day stopped allowing Costco to sell Apple because he said the warehouse look of Costco was ugly and hurt Apple's image.

Bought the Apple TV at Target with 5% OFF Redcard.

Spent $2 at Six Flags for the kids to walk through "trick or treat" section. It's cool, they get to start doing halloween/fall stuff and they love Six Flags.

Youtube isn't licensed for Roku either and so my parents who live on there would be going to AppleTV instead.

we have that freezer. Those are great, we had a two day power outage and it did not need power in cool weather for those two days.
