As in an overall skin/visual style? Nah, just a thinbar taskbar mod for Vista. Aside from that, the only thing I really use is RKLauncher.

Vista or XP?

There is Caledos, which I'm using on an XP machine. For Vista, I'm using a gadget to change the wallpaper at regular intervals.
