I actually have manual windows on my '00 Jetta that I'm about to turn in. I was disappointed at the time that they weren't power but recently I'm reading about window regulators going bad and now I don't feel too bad. One less thing to break, you know?

Oh and thanks for all the tips in this thread. I'm going to be shopping for a new car in a few months and it's nice to hear the things I've been thinking echoed by other people.

Toyota brought the rev limiter back up to 8300 on the GTS for 03. :D

PS: I never did pay you for that ram and I do have another stick of 256, it might or might not be 100% stable tho.

blech....much as I dislike Toyota I would rather see the guy end up with a Celica than a Prelude....

Blech....

Actually for that price range I'd rather see the guy end up in a Sentra SE-R Spec-V.
Driven both that and a prelude, and a Celica GT (or GTS dunno) and I liked the Sentra best out of all of them, handled great, very peppy, lots of fun to drive (for a 4-cyl., a very, very peppy one at that).

The sentra has more torque, and will feel stronger then the celica unless you push the thing (celica) over 5k rpm...which you may or may not do in everyday driving.
