Ran memtest86 on my system, and it came up with about 15,500 errors while running tests 3 & 4. I have recently installed my PNY Geforce 6800 GT in my system, and haven't had much fun running down all the bugs I have now. I updated my vid drivers to the most current from the Nvidia website, and ran memtest86 again. This time I only got 3 errors, all during test 4. The error-bit(?) was identical with all of the errors, '0010000'. I have 2 sticks of PC3200 256MB ram in there, I'm gonna try one at a time with memtest86 to see if one or the other is bad, or am I just spinning my tires and need to try another route?
I also can't benchmark my system with the new card using 3dMark03, it usually crashes in the latter portion of test 2, the battle of proxycon. Up to that point I'm not seeing any drop in framerate, but all of a sudden it drops to the desktop?
