Wrong forum, and your wrong. A 32bit app can access upto 3gig not 3.2gb of user address space if the image is marked as large memory aware AND the OS is so configured.

Second, on Vista 64 a normal 32bit application gets 2gb, one marked high memory aware gets a full 4gb.
