Seems there is an obamacare backlash going on towards the democrats

Recent polling shows that an election wave of anti-ObamaCare sentiment is growing, and it is not only likely to hand the GOP control of the United States Senate, but might wipe out as many as 12 Democrat seats--many of which looked safe just a few months ago.

Hopefully the democrat party will be like a bad memory in a few more years.

Want a good party joke, just tell people you voted democrats. You will probably lose some friends and get some laughs at the same time.

Between obamacare and the economy, chances are obama will be remembered as one of the worst presidents ever.

The question is if it'll be around when it matters. The American public is notoriously fickle.

And honestly I'm not all that sure I want Republicans back in power. My guns would be safe, everything else... maybe if by some miracle moderate Republicans gain influence and the Tea Party finally aborts itself.

Have to say though if it comes down to Christie or Hillary, from what I've seen so far it's Christie without question.

I have voted straight line third party for the past 20 years. And I only vote republican when there is no third party candidate.

Only when there is a democrat on the ticket with no opposition will I vote for him or her. When that happens, I usually go home and cry myself to sleep in the shower. The dirty feeling I get from voting democrat just will not come off.

All indications are they will get swept out of the Senate but be a bad memory? The Democrat party isn't going anywhere just like the Republican party isn't going anywhere. Remember all those threads last year from our lefties here saying the Republican party is all done, and will be a faint memory in 2014? Those kind of wishful predictions are just dumb.

All indications are not that, and anyone who listens to breitbart.com for election advice is a moron.

Name calling seems to be a habit with you

Yeah I'm pretty sure that if you look on this page there is at least about half a dozen people reminding you of what a worthless shitbag you are. If one person says mean things to you, it's probably their problem. If lots of people say mean things to you, maybe it's something wrong with you.

What's really strange is that you are apparently quite an old man. You would have thought that people outgrow this desperate seeking for negative attention.

I would not call 45 old.

It is called standing your ground, something kids do not understand.

In 2014 mostly Democrat seats are up for election, in 2016, mostly Republican.
Even if Dems lose Senate in 2014, they won't have to wait too long to get it back.

Loss of a seat indicates that the Senator was on the wrong side of the issues to many times.

In 2014; it general it would be the backing of Obama and the ACA.

There will need to be an issue in 2016 that will filet the Republicans in general.
At this point; I have not seen one appear.
