1st person where appropriate, strategic map view for many other games.
I loathe 3rd person view, though for arcade racers or flight sims, chase view can be fun.

Mostly first person, but will switch to 3rd when I'm walikng around so I can see the gorgeous view.

First person, pretty much exclusively. I prefer to see derrieres in the real world, not in gaming. Even in Skyrim, I play exclusively first person.
