Well do you rent, own, live with your parents, etc?

Currently, I own my home in Kansas but I am now working in Texas. Selling the house is not worth it so I am paying the mortgage and renting a town house in Lubbock, TX.

What's your living situation?
 
living with parents, in search for house.

Saturday I'm actually going to be going with a real estate agent to check out a bunch of houses for sale in my price range, so looking forward to that.
 
Currently renting, total of 7 roommates in the house (four of us are ATOTers). We can afford to buy but the market is so unpredictable right now that we don't want to buy and immediately lose thousands.
 
I lived with my parents until I was 23 - no real motivation to leave, and they liked having me around.

Then I was renting, as I went back to college. Dorms for one semester, then campus apartments for 3-4 semesters, and finally in the off-campus apartment I'm in now.

Doesn't matter. If you still owe the bank money, you're still renting it because if you stop making your payments, you're out on your butt.
