Definitely an interesting bunch. Landscaper friend did some work there. Got 90% up front. They wouldn't pay the last 10% so he starts pulling plants. Lady comes out and pays cash. Then she points out the neighbors that are deadbeats and he should avoid. He did more work there but cash up front.

Obviously I passed but apparently several other folks failed to recognize the scam.

Then like 2 weeks later there was a story on the news the same bunch of people got busted for fraud... can't find story to link.

Those are more Irish travellers than Roma.
