Geeze, if you like the look there are plenty of Indian girls out there.

From what I hear, the stereotype is largely true. Canada had to put limits on immigration from central Europe because they were defrauding the refugee system. I personally wouldn't date a gypsy. However, I've gone Asian so I can't go back. :p

Is "smolling" bad anything like spelling badly? As for race it really depends on how you define it. The Roma most definitely define themselves as a race.

Which old wives have you been listening to? There are as many unhygienic Roma as there are dirty basement dwellers here. Oh wait...

Conning the non Roma is not even a venial sin in their eyes. Their cons always revolve around the mark thinking they're getting the best of the deal at the expense of the poor, ignorant, disadvantaged Roma.

The Roma are generally disgusting. The statistics support the hypothesis that they are mostly criminals, and they try to con you out of everything. The average Roma is more likely to be a criminal and murderer. They also lack hygiene and fail to adapt to life in other cultures. It is their own fault for this.

Luckily Jobbik did well in European elections, so hopefully there will be some effort put in to de-ghettify the secluded Roma.

Your good friend is engaged to an american women of gypsy heritage, not a true gypsy. Big difference.

I have some British buddies and if you ever watched the movie "Snatch", the "pikeys " (british slang term for gypsies) are portrayed very accurately in that movie according to them.

I think a lot of those pseudo kiddie porn pictures are from gypsies. They're also big in the flea market circuit, and home repair scams. A gypsie's a gypsie. Whether Europe, or America.

I am reading the comments on here with absolute amazement of the amount of ignorance shown, for a start Romani Gypsies are a damn site cleaner than anybody on here, they have a very strict culture and are also secretive, the woman would NOT go with a Gorger (none Gypsy) unless they are not a true Gypsy but just one of the many "Wannabes" like their great Aunt a million times removed "may" have been Gypsy? many say they are smelly? well maybe people from Romania but trust me the 'true' Gypsy is very clean apart maybe if they have been working hard all day but then most of us would be like it as well, there's Talk of them giving Curses? Yes it's been known that a Gypsy can give a Curse but it's only the ignorant and easy led that will believe it because the bottom line is they are Human just like us and the old saying .... Bullshit baffles Brains ..... works wonders if they are trying to get some money to buy food or clothe their kids. Might I suggest before you make stupid unintelligent comments you find out some FACTS first instead of showing your ignorance about a group of people that you in fact don't have a clue about. Oh, and the comment that Gypsies ( A true Romani Gypsy) are not really a culture then might I suggest you do some studying and get your facts right, the TRUE Gypsy came from India and have a cast that has been propagated over Hundreds of years and traveling all over the world including Egypt hundreds of years ago and then moved again as is their nature to travel.

Those are more Irish travellers than Roma.

They'll both steal anything that's not nailed down (and I say that as someone who lived with/next to Irish gypsies for a few years), but Irish gypsies are more fighty and Roma are more pick pockety.
