The new Metro & Fruity duo. I don't buy Apple products for their cute factor, and I don't buy them using my own money. I buy them (G5 PM) for work, using company acct. fund. ($$$$$$$)

I'm definitely getting a Mac Mini. Tired of Windows XP always screwing up on me. I turned it on today and Windows wouldn't even boot. It said something like "services.exe - unable to find component". Man, I didn't even do anything! I just turned it on! It was working this morning! I swear, Windows XP Pro always giving problems. If not now then sometime later. I'm not a novice user either, I know what I'm doing.

So, I have decided on this:

For school work, surfing, etc = Mac Mini

Gaming, watching movies and storing files = my Windows PC (will not be connected to internet unless online gaming, other than that surfing on the Mac)

Plus, I have a KVM switch and a monitor with dual VGA connectors...so no needed accessories. The Mac mini is so tight and small.

And plus, I have a friend that knows another friend who works for Apply....so...DISCOUNTS....WOOO.

Real quick question: Is a Mac real picky when it comes to installing new memory? Also, if I installed PC3200 RAM in it will it automatically declock to PC2700 speeds?

The iPod shuffle is cool too...but I already have a Lexar 1GB Jump Drive. It only costs $37 to get a matching MP3 player to use with the JumpDrive so yeah. But it's amazing how small the shuffle is.
