I wasn?t ?dissing? Lincoln I was just stating the obvious. Lincoln should have done more to prevent secession. The bloodiest war in US history took place on our own soil!!! Anyways, Lincoln eventually turned out to be a good president. The civil war is highly complex so there are so many other variables, which attributed to it?s occurrence.
